New product viability study – Remaining information under NDA

-Realign company strategy and business model, resulting on a YoY profit growth. -Establishment of KPIs for operational and financial performance control resulting in a quick decision making. -Responsible for process improvement and quality monitoring - allowing the consistency of the operational and financial KPIs. -Market needs awareness: for production optimization – reducing inventory and production times. -Responsible for sales, client acquisition and management. -Raw material procurement and purchasing.

-Interface with the final client representing the company in site. Negotiation of new solutions with the objective of increase profit or reduce project time. -Planning and management of works. -Management, coordination and quality control of the different teams in place. -Cost control of the project – Analyzing risks and deviations for potential cost reallocation or mitigation. -Invoice expectations management – Adaptation of the invoice process according with future liquidity needs. -Subcontracting management.
