Worked full-time on a processing plant for the first time in my career. Was responsible for various areas of the refinery, along with small and large projects. Delivered significant improvements in operator safety and process optimisation, implemented projects to reduce costs and improve production, and increased sustainability and water management.

I was charged with introducing Jord to the Chilean minpro market, and the market to the technologies and capabilities of Jord.

My role at Delkor was as a member of the Thickener Centre of Excellence, providing assistance and advice to all of Delkor’s global offices, along with a wide variety of different clients. The assistance I provided encompassed everything to do with thickeners, from testwork, to sales, to design and operation.My speciality with Delkor was in the Paste.

I worked for Outotec, based in Australia, as a member of the “Global Thickener Support Team”. My experiences and work duties included liaising with clients and intermediaries while performing testwork, designing suitable and marketable equipment based on the testwork results, managing tenders and conducting sales meetings and presentations, commissioning.
