Pioneer in face-to-face fundraising for causes of general interest in France, I set up the first face-to-face fundraising campaigns in France. It was for Greenpeace in 1998. Then I founded ONG Conseil in 2004, the first specialized company in face-to-face fundraising on the French market, of which It has been the main actor from 2004 to 2022. ONG Conseil went also internationally, in Belgium and Switzerland. I place the efficiency, quality and ethics of the programs that are entrusted at the center of my concerns. Entrepreneur, I encourage with my collaborators the sense of effort and risk-taking as founding values of any wealth.In 2018, ONG Conseil founded the AMRAC, the Joint Authority for the Regulation of Fundraising Actors in order to allow all charities and foundations to fully exploit the potential offered by face-to-face fundraising. AMRAC is based on the set up of ethical standards and good practices in face-to-face fundraising. Today, it is a privileged interlocutor of the public authorities on the stimulation of generosity through the development of face-to-face fundraising. In 2019, we took the initiative to bring together several face-to-face fundraising regulatory bodies around an international network of mixed regulatory bodies (charities and companies operating face-to-face fundraising): the IPFC (International Public Fundraising Council) of which AMRAC is a founding member. The IPFC currently has 5 founding members: - the AMRAC for France - the F2F Monthly Giving Alliance for Hong-Kong, - the Fundraising Regulator for the United Kingdom, - the QUIF for Austria, - the Q! SH for Germany. And associate members including the PFFA US for the United States and the Australian and New Zealand PFRAs. Together, we are working to strengthen face-to-face fundraising by establishing international standards of quality, security and ethics for this central fundraising channel in all resource development mechanisms for causes of general interest. In 2020, the Covid-19 health crisis leaded us to rethink all face-to-face fundraising processes. I focus my action in establishing the necessary changes in our sector through the international working groups that I lead.
