 Preparation of documents for Inspection in accordance to Client’s requirements, Plant Standards and Company’s Quality Control Procedure. Preparation of checklists and initial punch list items for final completion prior to Loop Checking. Review and check the IFC drawings, the attached documents as per PDO Standards, DEP, and SP’s Monitor Field Equipments, IPS,DCC Panels and coordinate with vendor for commissioning and start up of the Instrument Control and Automation at the Control Building. Monitor Cable Laying activities in cable trench and cable tray. Supervise testing of Instrument and Control Cable which involve Insulation Resistance Test, Continuity Test and Termination.  Supervise Leak Test of Impulse and Pneumatic Tubing. Supervise the Installation of Instrument Junction Box, Local Control Panel, DCS Cabinet, Instrument Support/Stanchion, and Instrument Cable Tray and ensure that all is in accordance with the drawing and project specification. Supervise the Installation of all Instruments such as (Flow, Pressure, Level Temperature) Transmitters, Gauges, Fire and Gas Detectors, Different kinds of Control Valves and ensure that all is accordance with the drawing and P&ID (Piping and Instrument Drawing) / PEFS (Process Engineering Flow Scheme) Supervise Calibration of instruments such as (Flow, Pressure, Level Temperature) Transmitters, Gauges, Different kinds Valves Perform Functional test of Fire and Gas Instrument (Beacon, Manual Call Point, Gas Detector, IR Flame Detector)
