Creating the customer experience in on-boarding of our clients following the initial sale and pairing our strategic solutions identified in implementation to our unique client’s needs. Responsibility to oversee the entire Software Development Life-cycle process. 2010-2012 – IT Program Manager: Maintained organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies. Managed, coached, and developed IT staff & set department goals, policies, and procedures.2008-2010 –Software Development Lead: Responsible for the underlying architecture and oversight of team members related to the software products. Worked closely with management to problem solve and implement solutions to maintain and enhance the software.

Primary responsibilities included:- Managed the front end and back end design and validation for electronic teleforms.- Built and maintained rules engine using DROOLS powered by Java. - Resolve web application issues.- SVN Release Management and branch merging

Researched candidate skill set and negotiated contract rates directly with representing vendor. Matched candidates to technology positions and met all deadlines presented.Enjoyed the position, but this was not directly related to my long term goal in technology.
