Average star rating of 4.5 across all versions on App Store. • Rheo for tvOS selected by Apple as ‘Best Apps of 2016’ (https://developer.apple.com/app-store/best-of-2016/)• Oversaw the implementation of frontend and backend A/B testing framework to optimize product engagement via experimentation: • Increased mobile retention by improving sign up funnel and rate of push notification enablement • Worked with backend engineer to innovate on Rheo recommendation algorithm resulting in significant increases to average time spent on each client. • Designed and analyzed qualitative surveys to understand user attitudes about Rheo to inform product changes related to navigation and sharing features.

In my role as Product Operations manager, I managed the teams of Product Specialists that support the Media and Interfaces products across all platforms (iOS, Android, mobile web, www). Product Operations champions product quality by quantitatively and qualitatively developing insights that are implemented through cross-functional work within Product teams.On Media, my teams supported Video (VOD & Live), Instant Articles and products to enhance public voices. On Interfaces, my teams supported App infrastructure and emerging markets products. I monitor, analyze and synthesize user feedback data to drive product direction by identifying user problems and driving them to resolution. I am also responsible for coordinating QA testing, managing bug counts and monitoring stability to ensure the technical quality of the core features of the iOS app.In my role overseeing the entire iOS app, I monitor app-wide bug counts and manage the relationship between product teams and release engineering as we ship the app on a fixed schedule.
