1. Review and/or development of technical documents, reports, presentations, and communication letters;2. Organization of and participation in meetings and technical activities;3. Coordination and monitoring of technical and administrative matters for the Project;4. Preparation of weekly and monthly reports on the accomplishments, programs, and activities undertaken by the Authority;5. Delivery of various administrative support involving budget, policies, procedures, organization, planning, contracts, facilities, systems, equipment, supplies, personnel, and special projects.6. Other tasks related to procurement, cost analysis, and supply management.

1. Directing and overseeing team members, resolving customer questions or complaints.2. Develop programs and procedures to enhance productivity and performance.3. Manage employee schedules and ensure that the department is adequately staffed.4. Identify a solution to a guest’s query and ensure that proper escalations are followed to ensure customer satisfaction.5. Conduct periodic reviews and evaluations of team members and take note of areas for improvement.6. Spearheaded all aspects of supply chain management, including needs assessment, sourcing, inventory management, and material/supplies forecasting.

1. Responsible for maintaining guestrooms, working areas, and the hotel premises clean and orderly.2. Coordinate daily housekeeping operations and maintain operating standards.3. Supervise room attendants to deliver excellent guest service and experience.4. Assist housekeeping managers in various activities (Breaking boards, Payroll, Timesheets, Scheduling, and Publishing).5. Daily allocating of rooms and deep cleaning tasks to the floor.6. Checks occupied and departure rooms and attends to guest needs and requests.7. Ensures the entire operation is met as per the hotel’s standards.8. Conducts an inspection of guest rooms.9. Supervision, preparation, and monitoring for constantly improving the company’s inventory and supply system to increase efficiency and reduce unnecessary expenses.10. Assists other departments wherever/whenever necessary.
