12+ years experience working both in clinical (hospital) and non-clinical (healthcare industry/commercial) environment.After a brief stint working as medical-surgical nurse, I spent 6 years in a multinational healthcare company starting my career as medical device Product Specialist and in-house Diabetes Nurse Educator for the diabetes care portfolio of Johnson & Johnson. I was exposed to sales and territory management, customer relationship management, HCP training and patient education, key account management (both retail and hospital) and third party sales people management. I was promoted into J&J's Consumer business as Customer Development Manager, driving growth in J&J's leading consumer and OTC brands through constant customer relationship building, sales strategy development, go-to-market strategies, merchandising strategy development and program execution based on strong shopper and consumer insights. To diversify my healthcare experience and expertise, I moved to London to go back to clinical nursing where I’ve been exposed to both the UK’s NHS and private hospital sectors having worked in the medical ward, intensive care unit and more recently as diabetes specialist nurse. I am now back to the industry working as Clinical Services Manager for an innovative medical device company dedicated to simplifying life for people with diabetes.I am a triple-qualified registered nurse (the Philippines, the USA and the UK).
