John has more than 9 years in the group insurance industry with a focus on proposal writing and implementation management. He has experience in ancillary employee benefits including but not limited to life, dental, disability, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity.As a Client Implementation Manager, he facilitated the implementation of new insurance programs for new and existing clients. John also served as a Proposal Manager, where he wrote, managed, and created over 1,000 proposals using software such as Qvidian, PMAPS, RFP Machine, Adobe Acrobat, and the MS Office Suite. John earned his yellow belt in Lean Six Sigma and has previously been a member of the APMP.Through all of John’s experience, he is considered a true team player, and is always willing to help his colleagues. He has strong written and verbal communication skills, and has experience managing both internal and client-facing urgent deadlines. John is a graduate of Rutgers University, with a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science. He is an advocate of the Brain Injury Alliance of New Jersey (BIANJ), where he volunteered by providing support to traumatic brain injury survivors. He is happily married to his wife and together they have three children.
