Growing up in a town filled with uneducated, hard-working immigrants, I had one of few fathers in our town who held a master’s degree. Being a giver, people walked into his office worried about managing situations like taxes, village permits, tickets and many sorts of things looking nervous and drained. Every time I saw them walk out the door of that office they looked hopeful, smiling and thanked my Dad profusely for his insight. They were relieved and became confident knowing he equipped them to solve their problem. I know I’ve done my job if that’s how people feel after meeting me.I’ve spent my career in sales doing a few things: breaking records, sitting on multiple advisory boards both within and out of my places of work, putting others first, having transparency with my clients, helping teams go from underperforming to top in the region, and being the go-to person in the office training newer reps.My time is spent a few ways:· Serving my current clients ensuring issues are fixed and being an advisor including making introductions to resources outside of Insperity to solve non HR related issues· Acting in 3 advisory boards providing perspective and insight on sales and marketing, testing compliance exposure within organizations, innovating best practices on behalf of 600 Business Performance Advisors.· Supporting my strategic partners.· Reading. I've read 100+ business and leadership books and am constantly absorbing new information on latest trends in HR, organizational management, communication and many other topics. I believe in a few core principles: follow the golden rule: treat others the way you’d like to be treated; you reap what you sow, failure is part of success, look up!
