- I joined Telecom when I was 18, starting my professional career as a Legacy Systems Administrator, managing the registration/deregistration process and user modification, and system maintenance. I also participated in various projects, maintaining very good interaction with colleagues from the technical and commercial teams.- In 2002 I rotated to another position that gave me the opportunity to manage and implement web application projects.- In the last year I worked as a business process analyst participating in the design of all HR processes and subprocesses, as part of the SAP project team.
