My senior level HR experience in the hotel industry spans over 25 years with Intercontinental Hotels group. During my career I was directly responsible for the HR function in greater then 250 owned or managed hotels crossing 7 brands and multiple countries throughout the Americas. More recently, I created and led IHG’s Americas Talent Acquisition group supporting staffing for 1,400 corporate and 15,000 hotel staff in North and South America.
