Developed and managed a new online cyber training curriculum open to the 18,000+ domestic and foreign law enforcement agencies. Managed a multi-million dollar Cyber training budget, which included the research and evaluation of commercial information security training proposals for a new $25M contract. Responsible for the Cyber Division's Digital Extraction Technician program where field agents are trained to create forensic images and conduct initial analysis of digital evidence.

FBIHQ - Counterterrorism Division - Led a team of intelligence analysts reviewing and analyzing the electronic communication information available in a variety of sources as they pertain to National Security and Criminal Investigations. On multiple occasions, was called to work in the FBI ‘s Strategic Information and Operations Center (SIOC) during high priority incidents including several “active shooter” scenarios.

FBI Philadelphia - Supervisor/ Lab Director - Philadelphia Regional Computer Forensics Laboratory - Certified as an FBI Digital Forensic Examiner for more than ten years qualified to conduct examinations of Windows, Macintosh and UNIX systems. Developed a proposal for a new FBI Computer Forensic Laboratory, which included identifying specifications for space and power requirements, network infrastructure and personnel selection. Served as the first Director of this new Philadelphia Regional Computer Forensic Laboratory (PHRCFL) where we conducted over five thousand examinations for area law enforcement investigations as well as trained hundreds of personnel on proper evidence handling procedures and basic digital forensics. Certified as an expert in Federal court on multiple occasions to provide testimony in criminal and national security investigations.
