JP has over thirty years successful experience as an Entrepreneur and Sales Director, having partnered nationally and internationally with blue-chip manufacturing companies in the pharmaceutical, semi-conductor, oil & gas, power, mechanical-contracting, and project engineering sectors.His company was awarded World Distributor of the Year in 1992, and European Distributor of the Year in 2006 by the SWAGELOK COMPANY, Cleveland, Ohio; a $2 billion industrial engineering company. JP initiated and developed their business in Ireland and supported their expansion throughout Europe. After selling his company in 2012, JP started a Management Development Consultancy specialising in Leadership Development, Executive Coaching & Mentoring, High-Performance Value-Added Selling, Sales Management, and International Project & Construction Sales.A member of the Associate Faculty of U.C.C.- I.M.I. from 2011 - 2016, he has also been an Associate of TCD Business School, working with M.B.A. students.
