Performed administration and custom development of Salesforce CRM and TargetX product suite. Served on implementation team for TargetX Online Application and developed customizations to support WVU-specific application needs for the Beckley, Keyser, and Morgantown campuses. Worked to integrate application data and support documents into the student information system (SIS) in near-real time, replacing the nightly batch integration process. As a result, applications for review were delivered to internal staff more quickly and ensured that teams were reviewing applications at optimal capacity.
