My primary focus is the development and management of the Direct To Consumer division and team. My team is responsible for the overall operations of the direct to consumer business unit which includes marketing, e-commerce, sales, supply chain, procurement and technology. Overseeing the DTC division, I built and managed a team of 8 team members (direct and indirect reports) to build and roll out product solutions to market, which includes the tech platforms, supply chain for DTC products, KPI’s, organization goals and measures, strategic objectives and team culture.As a member of the executive team, my role includes participating in the development of company initiatives, strategic growth and general discussions for the future of the company.

This includes a strategic approach to our supply chain on time, support to both categories cross functional teams, root causing, KPI’s, score carding and supplier relationship management.

Responsible for leading and managing the botanical category. My focus is on long term strategies to support, maintain and continuously improve the category and SKUs. This includes leading a cross functional team of 10 people, developing and executing category strategies, maintaining, developing and improving supplier relationships. Supporting on boarding of new suppliers and materials as well as supporting the quality team in auditing suppliers. The main focus of my position is to ensure the categories short and long term growth is sustained and being developed to ensure continuous supply of quality products. Additionally my role is to co-lead our organic team and ensure suppliers are vertically aligned with or own internal farm site practices.

As senior buyer of the botanical group, my focus is on tactical strategies and issues while supporting the strategic long term goals of the group. I work closely with the cross functional team, upper management and the supply base to ensure supply continuity of the raw materials and avoid any disruption to our finished goods.
