I have been trained in the different facets of supply chain operations. Spending majority of my tenure being part of the Production department and Continuous Improvement department. I have been assigned to handle daily operations of the production department thus having extensive training in people management. I also served as a process engineer where i was tasked to analyze the workflow of different positions identifying wastage(muda) and coming up with cost effective sustainable solutions. Improvements are implemented through launching of lean teams where I have been a part of and at times a leader. I was involved in factory efficiency calculations and performance against KPI analysis. I have experience in project management and implementation.
