My most recent role was as an IT Support Specialist at Tata, where I provided customer service and troubleshooting for a range of IT issues, using Salesforce CRM and other tools. Before that, I was a Product Support Specialist at Sabre, where I served as a product specialist for the GetThere booking tool, and used multiple GDS systems, such as Sabre, Amadeus, Apollo, Worldspan and Galileo. I also have experience in the travel industry, as a Senior Reservations Ticketing Agent, a Quality Control Specialist, and a Corporate Travel Agent, working with various clients and platforms. Additionally, I have a background in teaching English as a second language, and I hold certificates in translation and teaching from the University of Cambridge. I am fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and I have a certificate in Web and Graphic Design from Universidad ORT Uruguay.
