Establish and maintain customer relationships. Project scoping, budgeting, estimating and scheduling. Manage construction contracts and inspection forces (owner’s representative). Develop construction contract and bid documents.Prepare fee proposal and contract development for professional services. Design road, site development, water utility and sewer utility improvements. Administer industrial landfill permit amendments, design modifications, construction management, QA/QC inspection and certification. Conduct regulatory requirement determinations. Facilitate environmental permit determinations, applications, and amendments. Monitor project budget(s), billings, and collections.
