Overall coordination of all financial matters of the Vice-Presidency for Academic Affairs of EPFL. Coordination and supervision of a team of two finance managers each one overseing respectively the domains of education and research.

I am in charge of the management of the company's Finance, Accounting and Payroll departments.

I conducted a couple of projects under a 6 months time-defined assignment with EPFL in the area of project management, under the responsibility of their General Counsel.

I managed all HR, finance and administration related activities of the federation as well as the WADA compliant anti-doping program of the IBAF. My responsibilities included HR and payroll management, accounting, budgeting, treasury and controlling activities as well as the doping control tests, results management and education for all IBAF or IBAF sanctioned events. Education and capacity building at national level are other areas of work-in-progress.

As a volunteer, I was appointed by the International Motorcycling Federation to partake in a task force on corporate governance in the context of the setting-up of the federation's new strategic plan.

In charge of the relations with the Stakeholders in the European region and with the Olympic and sport movement worldwide, actively promoting WADA and its mission, providing information on anti-doping issues and coordinating projects relating to education, communications and implementation of the World Anti-Doping Code. Heavily involved in the monitoring of compliance with the Code of the sports movement signatories and signatories within the European region.
