While working in the product team I implemented a suite of Data Science Tools (ETL, Machine Learning, Visualization) which became part of the core product. Improved the state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms by conducting research, implementation, validation of algorithms, improving detection metrics for all clients using the product.While working in the delivery team, I was part of a several projects, where we implemented fraud detection solutions for large banks, payment processors and merchants, including First Data and JIO Wallet.I was the Tech Lead for a multi-million dollar project where I defined the solution's architecture, coordinated and communicated requirements, progress and deadlines between the client's technical staff, Feedzai's project managers and internal product engineering and research teams. I supervised the work of the team from a technical perspective, ensuring high quality code and documentation. I conducted regular 1-on-1 meetings with every team member to assess performance, future goals, culture match and potential actions to improve the employee's satisfaction within the team and the company.
