- Lead our group of ten First Team Scouts to ensure coverage of key leagues, teams and transfer targets across UK & Ireland.- Work closely with our First Team Manager, Director of Football & Head Analyst on transfer stategies, transfer targets and forward planning.- Use Wyscout, data lists and other available resources to identify potential transfer targets.- Attend live games in both N.Ireland & ROI, identify potential targets and create detailed reports.- Follow up on players recommended by our Scouts, to evaluate, progress and/or give feedback.- Producing ‘Phase Two’ reports on players who have been identified that we believe are a good fit for the Club.- Build, grow and maintain relationships with key contacts across Football.

- Attend local Domestic and International games to identify the best talent in Northern Ireland & ROI. - Use Instat and Wyscout to watch and report on transfer targets and plan for the future recruitment.- Used my extensive contacts in both N.Ireland & ROI to reach out about potential loans for our players. - Created a database of local players, at both First Team and u16-u23 level that would be of interest to the club.- Liaise with contacts at local clubs, agents, schools and with referee's regarding any players of interest.- Write detailed reports on players and arranged to follow up if necessary.- Liaise with Club staff regarding ticket requests, policies and procedures.
