PANDAID was founded in March 2020 by Professor David Allen and Julian Tol. The team realised that the first and hardest hit by the exploding pandemic would be the most vulnerable in the community; the elderly, victims of domestic violence, the homeless, and indigenous communities. PANDAID provided training and support for front-line workers (food banks, ambos, and other charities) to get back into the community, safely and with confidence.
