Responsible for SMG ART systems Development Area: • Ensure the proper functioning of all SMG ART systems to maintain continuity in the Company's operations. • Plan the tasks of the area and coordinate the assignment of them, to meet the priorities agreed by Company Management and Internal Clients. • Coordinate the development and implementation of systems as well as the optimization of existing systems, favoring the interrelation between them. • Monitor the progress of the projects by holding regular meetings with the different groups, to ensure compliance with the schedules and the defined policies. • Lead human resources through effective communication, generating teamwork, training and developing, setting objectives and evaluating their performance within an adequate work environment and aligned with the values defined by the group.

- Define and design the strategy for developing systems for Liberty Seguros and ART.- Define implementation annual plans aligned with business needs.- Coordinate the development groups.- Define togther with the users the development priorities.- Lead core company projects: Claims Reengineer Project, Underwriting system, Reinsurances, etc. - Define annual development budget and make budgetary control.

My major responsibilities and goals were:- To implement Microsiga ERP at Honeywell Brazil.- To develop business flows for import area of Honeywell Argentina and modify business flows (accounting, account receivables, account payables, purchasing, inventory, orders entry and importation).- To develop skills on distribution area.- To lead implementation on Order Entry and Inventory at Honeywell Venezuela.- To train end users on best practice and implemented modules.- To lead the region requirements on back-to-back customization module.- To lead US Oracle Financials upgrade from 10.6.1 (character mode) to 10.7 (GUI).- To support end user on Order Entry module.
