Khazzan is a mult-billion dollar greenfield, onshore tight gas development project located in the Sultinate of Oman.

 Responsible for the engineering design and delivery of the Export/Subsea pipeline systems exporting oil and gas from greenfield developments in the deepwater Gulf of Mexico.

Responsibile for delivering a project portfolio with work scopes that ranged from offshore sub-sea pipeline installations to onshore Greenfield distribution terminals. Project lifecycles ranged from short duration immediate pipeline repairs to multi-year major projects. Portfolio value exceeded $2 Bn and the span of control included an integrated team comprised of 70+ BP personnel and 100+ contract personnel.

Led a team of (12) Project Managers responsible for delivering a portfolio of maintenance and growth projects spanning an asset base of ~70 wholly owned and joint venture distribution terminals located across the U.S.

Project leader responsible for development and execution of the Destin Expansion Project which was strategically important to ensure a reliable outlet for new BP Gulf of Mexico natural gas production. Destin was a joint venture project with Shell Gas Transmission and represented the largest, most complex project in the US Pipeline portfolio. The scope included installation of a jacketed platform in 300 feet of water with on-site compression and expansion of associated onshore facilities.

Greenfield startup of a Houston branch office for a west coast based engineering consulting firm. Accountable for bottom line profitability - built the core staffing level to 50+ with annual revenue exceeding $10m. The Houston based team executed a diverse portfolio of projects including the West Texas Products Pipeline Expansion with a TIC of $280m.

Led an integrated project team with a charter to convert the existing Mid-Valley Pipeline System (MVPL) from crude service to refined products. The scope included delivery of an 1100-mile refined products pipeline system that included 43-miles of new 24” pipeline; conversion of 900-miles of 20” crude oil pipeline; modification of nine pump stations and a new originating station; conversion of 177-miles of natural gas pipeline; and four grass roots truck loading terminals. TIC of $315m.
