I worked previously with different companies who outsourced by Microsoft to assist customers with their purchased Microsoft products such as, Microsoft 365 Personal or Home, Microsoft 365 Business, Enterprise, Education and Non-Profits subscriptions. I have assisted them with the issues they have encountered when utilizing the services, setting up the services for their business, and get them started using Microsoft 365. I am trained well will Microsoft 365 Administration, setting up Exchange Online emails, Teams accounts, SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business. I get easily promoted from being front-line support to team/floor support and assist the whole team or the program for their needs and information to help their customers.
