I support clients with their business process and database needs through usage design, system configuration, documentation & training, and one-on-one coaching.I specialize in working with Raiser's Edge (RE), Financial Edge (FE), NetCommunity (BBNC), Luminate Online (LO) and Luminate CMS with experience in PaperSave and ImportOMatic. I've also been known to do some web development.

Support and leadership of the Volunteer Department managing nearly 12,000 volunteers a year with tasks including:- Development of volunteer policy and operational procedure.- Development of volunteer opportunities and positions.- Applicant screening and placement- Coaching and training of Staff and Volunteers.- Community Relations & Public Awareness initiatives.- Maintenance of the Volunteer Department website.- Redevelopment and Maintenance of the Volunteer Department paper filing system.- Systems infrastructure audits, risk analysis and mitigation plan.- Design and Implementation of Raiser's Edge Volunteer Module.- Graphic Design and Forms / Template Development.

Supported the Executive Director and Board of Directors through:- Development and submission of proposals and reports to funding bodies.- Completion of IT Infrastructure Audits which included risk analysis and mitigation plans.- Redevelopment of the paper records filing system.- Participation in the Image Rebranding process and development of marketing materials.
