Maintenance Planner
Current✔Utilize CMMS (MVP One) to develop and manage daily and weekly work schedules, ensuring adequate resources for preventive, predictive, and planned maintenance tasks.✔Ensure adherence to repair and preventive maintenance schedules and performance standards.✔Maintain comprehensive records of all plant equipment in the CMMS, scheduling both planned and unplanned maintenance work through the system. Follow up to ensure all labor hours, materials, and procedural changes are accurately recorded, and work is closed in a timely manner.✔Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes and place orders for maintenance-related parts.✔Schedule external maintenance activities, such as periodic regulatory inspections and instrument calibrations, through the CMMS.✔Prepare and maintain a weekly preventive maintenance schedule.✔Update the CMMS with new equipment details, including recommended spare parts, preventive maintenance plans, calibration requirements, warranty information, drawings, and operation manuals.✔Support the engineering department in facility projects by phasing installations into production areas.✔Plan activities for plant outages under the direction of the Director of Maintenance and Facilities, ensuring optimal use of available resources.✔Ensure the maintenance-related spare parts inventory is adequate, accurate, and organized. Order new spare parts as needed.✔Communicate regularly with maintenance staff to address any related matters, minimizing damage and repair costs through effective management and preventive maintenance planning.✔Perform additional duties as necessary to maintain safe and productive daily operations within the plant.
