• Provide support to creators to improve performance and solve day-to-day issues• Create and analyze monthly reports on creators’ performance to determine solutions and further develop future strategies• Monitor content creators’ live streams on a daily basis• Manage online & offline events involving creators• Liaison with Facebook Gaming team for updates and marketing needs

• Collect and analyze KPI data from various sources, including Game Master tools, to be able to achieve results-based decision making for further goals.• Game quality assurance (bug testing & report).• Content translation into English and Indonesian.• Community management & user support (Facebook Fanpage, email, & Discord).• Liaison with game developers for developments (game events, updates, etc.).

• Provide service and support in response to customers' inquiries and complaints via email, telephone, Facebook Messenger, and Google Play Store Reviews.• Create reports based on the data compiled from customers' inquiries and complaints on a weekly basis.• Work together with product team, developer team, as well as payment gateway support team to resolve customers' issues.

• Translate DDSC modules and passports for Supervisors & Sales Representatives from English to Indonesian.• Assist in running the DDSC training sessions.• Provide assistance to the Sales Capability Development Department.

• Provision of support for activities with key medias.• Researching and collecting information for UNDP’s communication strategy.• Provision of support in monitoring of key social events which UNDP can participate.• Perform any other administrative and logistical tasks assigned by the Communication Analyst.
