Definition of business case was also part of the game. I was the main contact point for rest of our company for most of the IT realted agenda with Vietnam's subsidiary. I was also the main contact point for Vietnam colleagues to take care of agenda related to our company (clarifications of functionality or requirement delivery process, testing, some production issues). I orchestrated 3-4 other business consultants in the unofficial team (flat sctructure, so I was not their team-lead), who specialized in the isolated modules. I was not part of budgeting or any sales activities, management of "account" was strictly problem/solution related and related to process of software delivery. My maint contact point was expat in Vietnam IT acting as main business analyst there + local colleagues in the IT team and also business colleagues from Vietnam (both expats and locals), with whom I had relationships from the time when I worked there.During this time there were also 2 major things worth mentioning - transform to the continuous delivery (from 1-2 deliveries a year to bi-weekly delivery), where I designed the communication rules and maintained scoping and deployment windows to test environments, which was later performed by my team. Before that we had big delivery of credit card features and configurations within loan providing suite of information systems.Our team was in the end dissolved during another phase of becoming agile.
