About Prem Kumar Jothimani
I'm passionate about what I do for a living and doing it well.I have been building software systems since 2005. I moved to London in 2011 and I have been working with startups ever since to help deliver successful products. My most cherished experience were the 2 years as the entrepreneur in residence at Lottovate to build a lottery business from scratch in the Czech Republic. Amongst other things, it helped me realise the difference between software development vs product development, delivery focussed vs mission focussed, convictions vs assumption. This has completely changed how I approach building & supporting teams to help businesses succeed.I love listening to podcasts in my spare time. Some of my all time favourites include RadioLab (to kindle curiosity outside of work), 20VC and Masters of Scale (for lessons from peers who have been on a similar journey before me).
