With over 25 years of industry experience spanning the foodservice education, hospitality, and food & beverage sectors, I am proud to now serve as the Cruise Industry Relationship Manager at Seatrade Cruise and F&B@Sea, the prominent media and events platforms within the global cruise industry. In this role as part of Informa, my responsibilities include cultivating and sustaining strategic partnerships with key cruise industry stakeholders. My focus lies in comprehending industry trends, identifying innovative solutions to address current and upcoming challenges, and pinpointing areas of opportunity for cruise leaders, operators, and suppliers.Prior to my tenure at Seatrade Cruise and F&B@Sea, I held leadership positions at The Culinary Institute of America and the American Culinary Federation, along with substantial experience in the restaurant and hotel industry. In my previous role as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at ACF, I spearheaded transformative change, directed industry relations, and elevated professional education standards and opportunities for the culinary community through both in-person and virtual events.Beyond my professional commitments, I maintain an active involvement in volunteer roles, membership organizations, and various boards dedicated to addressing critical industry issues, advancing the foodservice profession, and fostering positive change to support my overarching mission to make waves while leaving a lasting impact on the hospitality and cruise industry.
