In this role I am responsible for the ordering of appraisals and appraisal review. I also do prefunding and post closing secondary market quality control.

Process all secondary market loans including FHLB, FANNIE MAE, WHEDA, FHA, VA and Rural Housing. This includes: production of documents, verifying and correcting any compliance issues and booking the loan to our core system (Jack Henry Silverlake).This is a close knit team environment and I work closely with the mortgage lenders, underwriting and customers to meet tight timeframes to ensure excellent service.Between 2009 and 2015 I had processed in excess of 2,025 loan files. The real challenge has been adapting to the ever changing regulations and requirements of the investors.During my employment at Peoples I have assisted with a core system conversion, two acquisitions, assisting with setting up new loan products, and played a key role in setting up our new loan origination software.

My primary mission at Goodwill NCW is to grow and develop myself and others. I was the Area Team Leader for the apparel department of the store. This included meeting production numbers and quality control. Although a department supervisor I took on many other roles throughout the store. I also worked in all other departments when needed. Office duties included: making bank deposits and balancing/auditing all incoming funds, daily schuduling, entering production for all departments into system and general customer service. I also held daily meeting to go over any new news and production expectations for the day.

I work primarily with Jack Henry and GulfPak software. I prepare files and order appraisals, title work, flood searches, ect. I enter the data into GulfPak and print it our for the officer. After the loan closes I pay all billings and enter the loan on to Jack Henry. I also worked as a teller for one year and occasionally back up the teller line when needed.
