I am currently the Chief Of Staff and Customer Officer for SAP SuccessFactors CMO.Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer for SAP SuccessFactors, I have responsibility for all the Executive customer engagements for the Office of the CMO (Chief Customer Officer) with the added responsibility to act as a liaison and ambassador across the teams in the SuccessFactors LoB as well as being the Chief of Staff.I am also responsible for identifying opportunities to supplement existing HCM concepts and GTM approaches as well as engaging, developing and supporting strategic customer initiatives in the field with a focus on the value realisation to HR and development of use cases whilst driving cross regional collaboration.Prior to this I was a Senior Customer Executive role for 8 years in SAP SucessFactors supporting key customers Globally on their HCM Strategy allowing them to combine Experience Data and Operational Data for the most informative decision making!I have a deep expertise and understanding the core business and strategic HR goals which will allow SuccessFactors to enable them to execute efficiently combined with delivering a best in class experience with Qualtrics to support significant ROI.Engaging, supporting and partnering with the CHRO & HR Leadership team is key along with close alignment with HRIT to plan, develop and enable and drive adoption by leveraging best practices with the goal of delivering against the corporate goals.Prior to this I have been in the Talent Acquisition industry for 14 years specifically focussed within the high value enterprise wide software arena in EMEA on placing "CXO, SVP, VP, GM, CM, MD, SD professionals" I was most recently the Head of EMEA recruiting for SAP (8 years in house) managing a team of 30+ recruiters covering 40 countries. For the first 6 years in Recruiting, I worked for 2 leading Executive Search firms focussed on supporting pre-IPO US software vendors expand their footprint into EMEA.Outside of work, I am an avid tennis 🎾🎾 player and member of Queens Club, London, England - being on court is my happy place!
