* Architect: Designed new UI and backend for KRM’s LEAF platform that utilizes React 18 and Node 20. Implemented core application libraries for the UI and backend, respectively. Replaced the existing LEAF demo site with a client implementation of the core libraries as well as began rebuilding the health care platform HealtheMe. Developed a starter project similar to the one created by create-react-app to facilitate easier onboarding of client sites.* Senior Software Developer: Worked with Oracle Cerner to transition the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) electronic health record (EHR) system from the legacy VistA systems to Cerner’s proprietary EHR software. * Mdlogix** Senior Developer: Created Proof of Concept (POC) to tailor KRM’s HealtheMe platforminto a Care Management platform. Added new applets specific to Pennsylvanian hospital care processes. Added task management to the platform with JBPM/KIE. Created static patient data till mdlogix’s patient management system API was ready.** Senior DevOps Engineer: Responsible for all system automation (BASH), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and configuration management (Chef). * Open Source Electronic Health Record Alliance (OSEHRA)** System Architect for enterprise deployment scripts: Created Azure Resource Management (ARM)templates & BASH scripts to create individualized VistA development stacks that are manageable by platform administrators. Released individual and enterprise scripts on OSEHRA GitHub.** Senior DevOps Engineer: Updated VistA docker image to be dynamic based on build arguments and environment variables. Added support for ViViaN document generation. Added Synthea (synthetic patient data) support. Created scripts to build Synthea containers for use within OSEHRA and released on their GitHub.

* Center for Medicare & Medicaid (CMS) Quality Payment Program (QPP)** System Architect for Continuous Integration (CI): Using DevOps best practices I designed and implemented a highly available/durable Jenkins Master/Slave system that can be deployed to its own VPC via CloudFormation. Also, I created custom Docker images based on the hardened AWS AMI to meet FedRAMP/NIST security requirements.** System Architect for internal Reporting Dashboard: Designed and developed a reporting dashboard that would read upload HTML files from a S3 bucket, store the pertinent metadata in DynamoDB and provide that to a React UI via a RESTful API.** Mentor: Worked with the Software Developer Engineers in Test (SDET) team to improve their automation framework by providing proven industry standards, implementing code reviews via pull requests, providing Git management procedures, and working one-on-one with developers to understand ES6.
