Jake is currently an Exercise Director providing training services and support for synthetic/simulated training in the RAAF. He is leveraging an expansive and robust career as a former Super Hornet Weapon Systems Officer and Qualified Aviation Instructor which is layered with academic and industry expertise garnered in part from his Masters of Decision Analytics and in part from a casual position at RMIT lecturing.Jake is a keen advocate of optimising systems and people, enhancing, supporting, coaching and collaborating to ensure teams can engage and thrive in any number of enviornments and get the most of out what they want and achieve success in what they must. An avid systems thinker, analyst, decision theorist and coffee fiend Jake has a number of personal interests including fitness, adventure, surfing, snowboarding, photography and travel and when pressed will reluctantly admit his plant-based lifestyle is a huge part of his core ethos!
