The COE jump-started Harris in enterprise architecture (EA) and service oriented architecture (SOA), cloud infrastructure, big data and analytics, and agile development methodologies.

As a founder of CKT, I led the engineering organization. CKT developed software products and services for the telecomm industry, including communications software infrastructure, asset property / lease management, and call center cell-phone GIS software. CKT also developed distributed object SDKs for C++, Java and CORBA shops.

I led the software Infrastructure design and implementation for the ground segment of the Iridium project. This role was at the Iridium level and reported to the Iridium chief architect. The software infrastructure entailed the backplane for development, distributed systems communication, monitoring and management, and the requisite SDKs and tools. I also developed designs and software for STI's sophisticated satellite commanding software modules.
