Led product strategy for Salesforce Essentials, a new business unit focused on an integrated SMB solution for Sales, Service and Marketing. Launched a $25 SKU and in-trial self-service webstore.

Led Trial, Admin, Setup and Mobile product strategy for Desk.com, driving the business from $1mm to $32mm ARR in 22 months. Led the migration from Desk to to Core Platform.

Led social intelligence strategy for the Chatter social network, including Trending Topics (#Hashtags), Recommendations and Influence on the Core Platform. 7 software patents filed.

Zero PC is a Web-based Desktop Virtualization solution. It is a high-performance, low cost alternative to Citrix XenDesktop and VMWare View. Zero PC is backed by Mitsui ventures and various angel investors. Scaled consumer usage to 80,000 users and launched successful POCs at 2 school districts.

Boredat was an anonymous social network for educational institutions. The project started at Columbia University with boredatbutler.com, named after Columbia University’s Butler Library and grew quickly to other university campuses. Boredat was backed with venture funding by Redpoint Ventures, Draper Richards and several angel investors.
