I'm currently a Tech Lead at OutSystems, where I lead the Gen AI Foundations team at Digital. Our mission is to help teams leverage Generative AI in their applications, making it accessible and easy to use. I thrive on guiding and supporting teams through this transformative process, helping them harness the power of AI to its fullest potential.I started my journey at OutSystems in 2016 as a Junior Consultant, and over the years, I've had the opportunity to grow and take on more responsibilities. Prior to OutSystems, I developed web applications at Universidade do Minho, which laid the foundation for my technical skills and passion for innovation.I love working in collaborative environments where we can share ideas and create the best solutions together. Mentoring and seeing my team members grow and achieve their goals is one of the most rewarding aspects of my job. As we continue to explore the possibilities of Generative AI, I'm excited to lead my team in driving innovation and creating value.
