Laying foundations to ensure sustainability and scalability.Key achievement: Project managing MENTOR to achieve statistically significant results in wellbeing outcomes. MENTOR participants receive independent and impartial tailored support via five hour-long 1-to-1 sessions. Sessions focus on practical advice for overcoming barriers faced in the workplace. These can be either due to and/or a cause of poor mental health or wellbeing. They cover goal setting, dealing with challenging situations and effective communication.Session 4 is a joint session and includes the employee’s line manager or equivalent. Show less
