With CGI I worked in both the Netherlands (until October 2010) and in Germany in the following consultancy roles Senior Consultant in the Netherlands, and in Germany as Business Consultant, Managing Consultant, Senior Consultant and now Executive Consultant (similar to Associate Director without employees and role before becoming Director (with employees)).With CGI I have supported and consulted customers in the Automotive, Defense and Aerospace, Life Sciences, (Consumer) Electronics, and Telecommunication industries.Beside my responsibilities towards my customers with professional services in the areas of Project, Service, Quality and Test Management for both Business as well as IT, I also perform different CGI internal tasks varying from financial and project status reports to Business Development, opportunity pursuit, estimation review and supporting Delivery Management. Furthermore I mentor or coach new members to the CGI family to familiarise them with CGI processes and tools.Successfully managing large international and local projects in different industries, while working with different cultures in Europe, Africa, North America, APAC I have no problem traveling.

To increase the number of online services, the City of Munich requested a consultant with a broad skillset to support their Online Program.I became responsible for business requirements management for different services (including online payment), the preparation and evaluation for a Chatbot solution, release management and portal strategy.For the City we implemented a online payment solution, where the City no longer had to rely on certain services from a third party to communicate with a payment provider; cutting out the middle man. Another achievement was setting up prerequisites for the Online Program to standardise all services and create a frame-work for this platform and any future form servers.

At Telefónica I supported the CGI Workbench in the role of Business Process Manager. Here I was responsible to aquire and manage requirements for smaller projects, plan and chair meetings between different departments.

The customer was not content with the results concerning the expected project finish date of Q2 2018 instead of 31 December 2017. This put an enormous strain on the budget and the seperation from the existing IT landscape into that of the customer.As Crisis Manager in this highrisk IT project I was responsible for the strategic redesign of the client migration in the fourth quarter of 2017 to support the customer's migration, including increasing the output of migrated clients.My role was not limited to Project and Crisis Manager (with a direct report to C-level management), but I supported the Program Manager with reports and acted as Quality- & Resource Manager as well as performing Line Managment tasks.My team and I were able to implement missing deliverables from other projects, create actuall transparency in the overal client information and increase the number of migrated clients as well as setting up a timeline to finish this project by the end of March 2018.

The portal strategy the Teamlead Customer Engagment and I had was overrun by a global project called Merck Connect, a platform to unify all products and different brands.MSD had the necessity to create a single platform to provide to marketing teams where all materials and services could be placed and would have a further cost reduction, as well as stengthen the MSD brand.As Product Manager, my responsibility was to check and control, and communicate requirements from marketing teams and analytics teams with the global teams (Platform development, Mass Mailing Systems and eProfile). I also managed the progress from a business perspective where we made sure franchises were ready and content was available. I setup test requirements and developed test cases for the local team and executed those tests with the test team.The platform successfully launched in the second quarter of 2017 with the first products implemented in the platform. Seperately we implemented a system which allowed to anonymously track visits (including those coming in via third party Websites or mailings as well as from registered Newsletters).

An external company setup a platform strategy for patients and MSD required a Product Manager who could manage the different project tasks from a business perspective for MSD Gesundheit (Merck Engage). Here I managed the requirements from different marketing teams for the HCC platform as well as managing the project with different external suppliers. For continues development I created new ideas / functionalities, and I was tasked with chasing Customer Engagement Managers to make sure that the HCC platform MSD Gesundheit would launch on time and would not be forgotten as part of the marketing plans and campaigns for the upcoming years.Beside the successful launch of MSD Gesundheit and a redesign, together with the Customer Engagement Team lead we created a new portal strategy which would create a single solid basis for the different product websites, a precursors to MSD Connect, to reduce the cost of development and design due to the standardisation.

Merck & Co., Inc. (Kenilworth, NJ, USA) owned a medical news & education community platform for Healthcare Professionals. Merck & Co., Inc. was in the process of developing a new platform which would be launched in different waves in all its countries.As International Rollout Manager I supported the Univadis Country Managers and I was responsible for planning and to support different markets in preparing for the rollout. I led markets in APAC (China, South-Korea and Australia) and EMEA&C (United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, Germany and The Netherlands).Here fore I gathered, and documented country specific requirements so they could be developed. Furthermore I supported the different markets with the creation of marketing plans and marketing materials as well as supported with localisation and with test management.

The CGI Project Manager working at HR for Cassidian and Treasury at Airbus Group required support for certain PM tasks.I supported the Project Manager with administrative tasks and I also reported on HR topics.For the HR topics I developed and implemented a tool which allowed easier planning and execution of courses and reporting.

The Hague Area, Netherlands & Rotterdam Area, Netherlands

For a KPN developed B2B supply chain, managed by CGI, to track the order and to support the delivery of new xDSL connections and changes as well as different value added services, I became Project and Service Manager.Here I was responsible for daily team management, time management, estimations for further changes, contracting (both maintenance and operations (incl. SLA) and project change requests), quality control, staff selection and budgeting and planning (time and budget) and reporting.As a mediator between KPN Business and KPN ITNL I reduced the costs of our team by creating a small core development team of 4 members for analysis, development and testing and a Maintenance and Support team existing out of 3 members, of which our avarage SLA score was 98 %. The Core Team was increased if the workload required with upto 10 project members.In this period we successfully implemented a large number of minor and a few major release, so that business could continue while waiting for the new supply chain.I also wrote a due diligence to decide to include a fibre wholesale supply chain into our portfolio for maintenance and development.

The CGI Project Manager at KPN ITNL was looking for someone who could support him with the managing of the project.As Development Manager I became responsible for planning different changes and projects in releases for a team of 8 developers. I also acted as a single point of contact for our project team and the KPN Test Manager and KPN ITNL.Besides the daily management of the development teams, I was tasked with the creation a Configuration Management Plan.

ADP, especially known for Human Capitol and Payroll Services, also have a Dealer Management System and ERP for wholesale customers. At ADP I worked as a Software Development Engineer.While working as Software Development Engineer, I worked for both Dealer Services as well as Commercial Systems where I not only developed industry specific but also customer specific software after performing a business analysis. Around 40 % of my time with ADP I was based in the office in the United Kingdom.Beside my development responsibilities, I managed smaller projects within Commercial Systems, after succesfully completing PRINCE2® Practitioner. I also implemented local business processes to implement Change Management and Support Processes.

AllSet was a small marketing and media company that wanted to create and develop an online platform to document and structure, as well as improve business processes, for DEKRA auditing purposes. This tool was developed together with DEKRA Netherlands and would after a succesfull launch be made available to different industries (health care, automotive, etc.).I led a team of developers and designers responsible for developing the application, for which I had to familiarise myself with ISO and CMMI.The biggest innovations that we implemented for the development of this application were processes to improve development, by setting up three-tier server scheme, for development, staging/testing and production, and starting to use a versioning system as well as changing to object orientated development.

Media dell'Arte developed Websites and Webapplications for Internet and Intranet for customers in the public and private sector, customers like TNT Post and TNT Corporate.As Development Team Lead I was responsible to plan the different work packages for the teams and make sure those were delivered on time.Supporting the Art Director and Technical Director with planning and reporting on the status of projects.We successfully launched different Websites and Web Applications for different customers, including an online HR Assessment Tool for TNT N.V..For Media dell'Arte I had the idea for an support ticketing application that would automatically take an e-mail from different mailboxes, transfer the contents of the e-mail to a database and then automatically assign the request to specific people/departments based on certain keywords.

Publicis Group (formerly Lost Boys B.V.) developed Websites and games for a variety of customers in different industries where I started my professional career.I was responsible in teams with other developers and (UX) designers for the development of Websites, Intranet Solutions and Web Applications. For Publicis Groupe I worked on different projects, for example the Department of Motor Vehicles (RDW), City of Amersfoort and the City of Roosendaal, Childrens Entertainment (Future Networks), Online Cinema Ticket System (BelBios), Volkswagen and I developed an internal time reporting tool including management reports.
