Responsible for sales and distribution channel for ITW Welding LATAM (Top of mind Brands: Miller; Hobart; Tregaskiss) in all Latin American, including Technical Centers in Mexico, Peru and Brazil, serving several different Industries like Automotive, O&G, Heavy Equipment among others. As main achievements:» Development and implementation of new distribution policy for Mexico and Brazil, bringing better focus on key distributors and customers;» Operating Income Increase in +3%;» Integration of Mexico, Colombia, Peru and Brazil Sales Teams through Regional Sales convention;» Support on the development of new businesses with customers and distributors in Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile and Brasil; achieving as main results the Market Share increase.

Responsible for merging ITW Appliance Brazil with ITW Filtertek Brazil (new plant location), integrating structures and taking over a new team of 210 employees with a total yearly revenue of US$ 25.000.000, serving Appliances and Automotive Industries (Technical Plastic Parts; Components; Sensors) . As main achievements:»Transfer the Indaiatuba plant to Guarulhos on time and below the forecasted budget (-3%);»Integration of teams and definition of new Org Chart;»Introduction of ITW Policies and Procedures in this new unit;

Responsible for the ITW Appliance Brazil, and for the 5 years strategic plan with expected growth of revenues from actual US$ 5,000,000 to US$ 20,000,000 in 2015, coordinating the necessary investments in a new plant, as well strengthening relationships with our key customers, and introducing new product lines in Brazil . As main achievements:» Structuring the new plant in the city of Indaiatuba/SP;» Selecting and hiring professionals for the various areas of the new facility;» Transferring the production from our old facility (São Paulo) to the new facility, without any shipment disruption to our customers;» Implementation of Lean Manufacture program, increasing the productivity in 30%;» Revenue growth in 2012 of 60% (yoy);» Increase the R&D activity with new projects totalizing US$ 3,500,000 of new revenues in the short term and US$ 8,750,000 in the long run.» Negotiation with local Labor’s Union, defending ITW position and reaching an agreement for bonus payment in 2012.

Responsible for the ITW Appliance Refrigeration divisions in Europe, coordinating investments, plants capabilities, sales, R&D and logistics of 4 different locations within Europe and Brazil, responding for US$35 million of revenue and 300 employees.

Responsible for providing market input to the European Group, based on analyzes of market researches and key customers interviews.
