So here it goes:I'm passionate about developing people, both personally and professionally (inside secret, you can't have one without the other).How do I achieve my passion?- I work one-to-one with Individuals, Leaders, Managers and Employees to achieve their Personal and Professional success, through a method of Coaching, Mentoring and simply rolling my sleeves up and seeing things from their perspective.- I'm a Certified Trainer for World Host Principles of Customer Service.- I'm a change agent, I work WITHIN the team to facilitate real change and inspire others to BE THE CHANGE.- I believe in the art of story telling in order to invoke emotion from people. I showcase this in the workshops, events and when public speaking.- I'm a proud mentor for Young Enterprise Northern Ireland and have been for 3 years now!
