Subject matter expert and support for Abatement division. Created project modeling guide to accurately estimate time and cost of projects—staffing, equipment, contingencies. Obtained required regulatory licenses for new division—Colorado General Abatement Contractor license. Oversaw EHS for Alkilization Unit at client site—2,000 ft., 4-week project, and 5 team members. Strong partner with key groups—Controller, Estimator, Site Manager, Project Manager, Procurement Officer, vendors. Conducted compliance assessments of onsite operations—created air monitoring and clearance procedures.

Led team of 7 instructors and 100 students. Managed sales and marketing planning and execution. Full P&L reports using Excel and Quickbooks. Taught self defense classes for various schools including Devinny elementary, Lakewood high school, and DU's MBA program. Key team for 10+ regional tournaments hosting 600+ competitors and 1,000+ spectators. Volunteer host of 6 classes with over 50 people each for Big Brothers Big Sister of Denver Sports Buddy program.
