My working experience started in National Research Institute for Health and Safety at Work as a scientist, where I was in charge of a program dedicated to Noise Reduction at the source. After 13 years spent in this Institute, I joined Rieter Automotive France as Director of the Acoustic Laboratory where I accumulated some success stories, during 5 years, especially with french OEM's. I was then selected by RIETER Group Top Management to be co-leader of advanced Research program aiming at defining business development strategy for the future, of this Swiss Group, after 10 months spent in U.S.A. working with Professor C.K. PRAHALAD, one of the world's most influencing professor of Corporate Strategy, from Ann Arbor University (Michigan). After 5 years working as International Business Development Project Manager, I left RIETER Company to work as an independant consultant in the field of acoustics and vibrations. In 2009, I founded ACOUDESIGN Cie , dedicated to innovative applications in interior acoustics for buildings & transportation systems .
