In this role I oversaw AUCP’s service coordination contracts with the three Pennsylvania physical health MCOs. In addition to that oversight my day to day duties included hiring and onboarding all program staff, supervising five program supervisors, developing and managing agency-wide trainings, and creating policies and procedures.

Handled all aspects of the Academy including budgeting, recruiting, curriculum, facilitation, and collecting measurable outcomes.

Along with providing services and programs to clients, I participated in and organized special events and projects.

Provided housing and utility assistance, medical transportation, and other miscellaneous services to clients within Cambria county.

I served with Girl Scouts Western Pennsylvania as an Outreach Specialist for two years. My duties included developing and delivering alternative programming in school and group homes. I also served on the Program Team and helped to organize and facilitate programming for Girl Scouts throughout Western Pennsylvania.
