Reporting to the Chief Innovation and Information Officer, serve as internal innovation consultant to field-based leaders across Trinity Health’s $20 billion hospital system. Partner with business leaders to design innovative pilots and proof-of-concepts aligned with C-suite strategic requirements and targets. Gather, distill, and leverage competitive intelligence and internal metrics to build/manage a dynamic innovation pipeline and drive pilot project frameworks. Identify, evaluate, prioritize, and manage external partnerships (vendors). Coordinate with legal, security, intellectual property, sourcing, risk management, and payer strategy departments to ensure clinical and business integrity for proposed innovation initiatives. Present findings, recommendations, and risk assessments to C-suite leaders on a monthly basis. Stood up and oversaw new Innovation Venture Fund focused on early stage investments.

Translated C-suite strategy into scalable, production-ready multi-modal health & wellness product designs resulting in new lines of revenue, increased product sales, and improved consumer experiences within population health models. Led and inspired numerous multi-disciplinary product design teams within a fast-paced and rapidly-changing matrixed organization to successfully align enterprise initiatives with top-line revenue goals. Served as an executive liaison among science, technical, marketing, and product teams to assure clinical integrity across the product portfolio throughout the development process.

Provided executive leadership and operational direction for telephonic and web-based programs: lifestyle coaching, tobacco cessation, 24-hour nurseline, and pregnancy care.

Administered Mayo Clinic's solid organ and bone marrow transplant programs. Lead successful endeavor to combine all transplant programs into new, single geographic clinic location, in order to create a patient-focused approach.

Provided medical social services to nephrology inpatient and outpatient populations, including dialysis and transplant patients. Supervised 25% of Mayo's social worker services staff.
