Besides my research activities, I have also participated in projects on behalf of Airbus Commercial Aircraft:• Line Routing pilot (1.5 years): I used the software IMS to simulate the production line of the system installation (electric and hydraulic) for the A350's forward fuselage. Results of this study proposed improvements allowing estimated savings of around 330k€/year of Recurrent Costs.• Digitalization of the A350 production (6 months): I supported the implementation of digital tools for the A350 through project management. This project involves several hundreds of people in three production plants: Saint-Nazaire, Toulouse, and Hamburg.Other activities:• Technical demos of the software IMS to users and new potential customers.• Business development in international events such as the Paris Air Show (largest in the world), and the Paris Space Week.
