During my internship in the Human Resources department at Maxion, my primary responsibilities revolved around two key areas: conducting classes for youths and assisting in the selection process, as well as contributing to the organization and coordination of various events.In the capacity of providing classes to youths, I played an integral role in delivering educational programs tailored to their specific needs and objectives. I engaged with the students, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that fostered their personal and professional development. Through interactive teaching methods, I helped them acquire essential skills and knowledge, such as resume writing, interview techniques, and workplace etiquette. By empowering these young individuals with the necessary tools for success, I aimed to enhance their employability and enable them to make informed career choices.Additionally, I actively participated in the selection process, where I assisted in identifying talented individuals among the candidates.
