- Provide general oversight of Victory’s activities, manage the day-to-day operations, to assure a smooth functioning, efficient organization that will create a customer centric environment.
- Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's fiscal function and performance and measure against industry standards.
- Evaluate and advise on the impact of long range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies and products. Also manage and develop strategic partnerships.
- Develop, implement and enforce policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the corporation.
- Optimize the handling of banking relationships and initiate appropriate strategies to enhance cash positions. Also develop a reliable cash flow process and reporting mechanism, which includes minimizing cash.
